Information you choose to send
Deck-interest requests include your name, email, country, requested quantity, consent, and any optional message. Updates signup requires an email and consent. Contact messages include your name, email, message, and permission to reply. Do not submit payment-card information or sensitive personal information.
How information is used
Information is used to reply to messages, manage deck-interest requests, plan relevant shipping regions, and send the updates you requested. A contact message is not an updates subscription. Optional updates consent is separate from a deck request. Personal information is not sold.
Providers and delivery
Vercel hosts the website. When you submit a form, FormSubmit processes its contents and may present a spam check before forwarding the request to contact@tropalect.com, a Microsoft 365 mailbox. These providers may process technical data needed to operate and protect their services under their own privacy terms. A form acknowledgement or confirmation page is not a guarantee of inbox delivery.
Your choices
To request access, correction, deletion, or removal from the updates list, email contact@tropalect.com. Records are kept only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. You can use all free reading resources without joining a list.
Security and changes
Data collection is intentionally limited; no internet service can guarantee absolute security. This site is not directed to children under 13. This notice will be updated when the site's collection or ordering systems change.
